When the office matches the brand
Turning an outdated workspace into an office to be proud of.

A brand known for its energy, with an office that wasn’t.
Eckes-Granini is Europe's leading supplier of fruit juices and beverages. In Finland, their portfolio includes household names like Mehukatti, Marli, Trip and Juissi, brands known for their playful and fresh character.
Their Finnish office in Turku told a different story.
Located in an industrial area in Pansio, the space had an authentic but outdated feel with low ceilings, standard panelled walls, and old carpeting.
Each employee had their own oversized office upstairs, with no shared spaces.
“Visitors preferred the conference rooms and lobby and were reluctant to come to the office" said Nina Wester, interior architect at Arco Architecture.
The brief was clear: bring the office in line with the brand identify.
More than a visual update
The renovation wasn't just about aesthetics. The existing space had real functional problems.
Arco Architecture, led by Nina Wester and Nina Ahlroos, identified three priorities: improve the acoustics, create spaces that bring people together, and do it all in a way that reflects Eckes-Granini's identity without losing the building's industrial soul.
"While the interior design draws from organic materials, it's essential to remember that the building itself has an industrial character. Preserving the building's identity is integral to the office refurbishment," said Wester.
That meant finding acoustic solutions flexible enough to work across very different spaces, and distinctive enough to feel like a deliberate design choice rather than a technical fix.
